The cards are on the table and the time approaches , choosing time, . But who decides here, it's really my own decision or others pushing me and telling me who to vote for?. This is the only chance that you and I have to choose who governs and is given us every 4 years. Es mi decisión, es mi voto

Las cartas estan sobre la mesa y se acerca la hora zero, tiempo de elegir, tiempo para decidir. Pero quien finalmente decide aqui, es realmente mi propia decisión o son otros presionandome y diciendome por quien votar?. Este es el unico chance que tu y yo tenemos para elegir quien nos govierna y se da cada 4 años. La presion de los medios y las corrientes politicas y cuidado porque, estos estan por todos lados, son como predadores persiguiendonos. Habla tu, que sea tu elección, este noviembre 6 levanta tu papeleta al cielo y di "este soy Yo y este es mi voto, mi propia decisión".

Hunting to survive

Is obvious that many seek ways and means for improve ourselves, to be someone in life. The point is that, it is us against a protectionist system and deliberately shielded.
If you go hunting, do not think you're an octopus. You don't think killing 100 ducks with one shot, do You?, waste of energy and ammunition I'd say. Find a target, select a duck and shoot it. Many people leave school without knowing where to go, they reach college to experience. My advice here is, discover your skills and qualities and from there, research, consultation, embrace a goal and go for it.

De caceria para  sobrevivir

Es obvio que muchos buscamos las formas y los medios para superarnos, para ser alguien en la vida. El punto es que somos nosotros contra un sistema proteccionista y deliveradamente blindado.
Si vas de caceria, no te creas un pulpo, no quieras matar 100 patos de una ves, desperdicio de energia y municiones diria Yo. Busca un objetivo, selecciona un pato y disparale a ese. Muchas personas terminan la escuela sin saber a donde van, no saben que quieren, llegan a la universidad a experimentar. Mi consejo aqui es, descubre tus habilidades y cualidades  y a partir de ahi, investiga, consulta, abraza un objetivo y ve por el.

Let's talk politics

Once upon a time, a great nation with great and true leaders with principles and values.
I honestly do not wanna talk about it but it is part of our society, the only option we have is make our own decisions so, We should vote.
Today it is difficult to find real leaders or candidates who represent us (the people). In politics there are large (giants) commitments, is like going to the theater to see your favorite movie and you end up watching a completely different one, well, if You didn't understand this last part,  I don't blame You, politics confuse, tangles and dislikes. But you should vote because it is your duty as a citizen. Good luck and after all, I want America to win and all those who need a job.

Hablemos de politica

Erase una vez, una gran nación con grandes y verdaderos lideres, con principios y valores.
Sinceramente no quiero hablar del tema pero es parte de la sociedad y hay que tomar desiciones, por eso debemos votar.
Hoy en dia es dificil encontrar verdaderos lideres o candidatos que nos representen. En politica existen compromisos muy grandes, es como ir al teatro a ver tu pelicula favorita y al final terminas viendo una completamente distinta y,  si no entendistes esto ultimo  no te culpo, asi es la politica, confunde, enreda y disgusta. Pero debes votar porque es tu deber como ciudadano. Buena suerte y mi deseo es que gane America y todos aquellos que necesitamos un trabajo.

Are You certified...?

ummmm, ehhhhh,  ahhhhh....the question is why not?, time is now no tomorrow. Big jobs and big paychecks are for those with skills and credentials or certification. Got skills but not certified...ummm 50/50. Lets apply math here: skills + certification = oportunities. Thats it.
Is never to late, go to college now...education is the key, go for it and remember...be humble, be good.

¿Tienes la certificación ?

ummmm, ehhhhh, ahhhhh .... la pregunta es porque no? el tiempo es ahora, no mañana. Los grandes puestos de trabajo y los mejores salarios, estan reservados para las personas con habilidades y credenciales o certificaciones. Tienes habilidades pero no estas certificado...ummm 50/50. Vamos a aplicar las matemáticas aquí: habilidades + certificación = oportunidades. Eso es todo.

Nunca es demasiado tarde, ve al collegio ahora ... la educación es la clave, educate, ve por ese diploma o certificado... y recuerda siempre ser humilde, ser bueno.

When God work things out

There is a plant that piques my interest to be a very peculiar kind. Is bamboo, differs from the rest because when planted spend many months without showing signs of life, time when the roots are formed vertically without generating branches on the surface. When passing one year, the first stems and leaves are born and the plant begins to take shape and, from there, the bamboo will continue to grow at an average of 100cm every 24 hours and in five years this plant has already reached an amazing heights.
I see God as a gardener of bamboo plants and you and I are the bamboo. When we move in faith, always greatful to our father, knowing that he is the laborer, creator of all life and faithful in his promises then, everything will in the manner and timing of God. He already knows the desires of our heart and even though we do not see results or answers, He (our father) is constantly moving puzzle peaces to finally give and show the final result.

Hay una planta que despierta mi interes por ser una especie muy peculiar. Es el bambu, se diferencia del resto porque cuando se planta pasan muchos meses sin mostrar señales de vida, tiempo en el que las raices se forman y se desarrolan verticalmente sin generar ramas en la superficie. Al transcurrir el primer año, los primero tallos y hojas nacen  y la planta empieza a tomar forma y a partir de ahi, el bambu seguira creciendo en un promedio de 100 cms cada 24 horas y en 5 años esta planta alcanzara una altura sorprendente.

Yo veo a Dios como un jardinero de plantas de bambus y tu y yo somos el bambu, cuando nos movemos con fe, siempre fieles a nuestro padre, sabiendo que el es el laborador, creador de toda vida y fiel en sus promesas entonces, todo sera en la forma y tiempo de Dios. El ya conoce los deseos de nuestro corazon y aun cuando no vemos resultados o respuestas,  El (nuestro padre) esta constantemente moviendo las piesas del rompecabezas para finalmente darle forma y mostrar el resultado final.
